    The MOLUW-FH20-P is an excellent LED lens design. It need not use the diffuse particle, SI02, to smooth the ray. The inner cup is slight sprayed. There are no yellow ring and image phenomenon. This lens is used optic simulation methods developed by Mithras optics. The light efficiency is good and the visual taste is nice. The volume of the MOLUW-FH20-P is small that can be used for the general lighting which is with high density of LEDs array.

    The MCXRE-FH20-A type is a lens with fly-eye micro textures on the top side. A Fly-eye micro texture has a convolution effect for lighting morphology. The convolution effect generates a uniform spot, but easily has glare. Mithras optics technology developed a special simulation method that can rapidly deal with the high numerical micro textures. This method can overcome the complicated high numerical mocro texures modeling and can used for various advanced fly-eye types. This method also effectively reduce the glare phenomenon.     The pattern-design for backlight module is generated by a professional patern-design software. Mithras has two BLD senior engineers who have lots of BLD optic pattern-design experiences. We know very well in all the BLD requirements, besides, we take a simulation technique, developed by Mithras optics, to obtain the tendency. By the simulation aided technique, we can modify the pattern-design before the mold developement. By the design flow process, we can complete the pattern-design in short time and obtain the uniformity that customers defined.
